I’ve fixed two bugs in the To-Do List Plugin.
One was an incompatiblity with PHP 4.
The other was a missing call to a global variable in the function that marks items as completed.
Is there something else other than upgrading that would get the completed function to work? I still have the same issue. I can check the box from the admin dashboard, the screen goes into the to-do list detail screen, the top of the screen displays “To-Do item has been marked completed.” however, the item still persists in the to-do list and nothing is in the completed list. Weird huh? Not bitchin’ about it, but just thought you should know. ver 1.3.2 on 2.9.1 WP PHP 5. Maybe its a Globals thing? I’m not sure I have that activated on 1and1 shared hositng.
So far, I’m baffled. Are there any issues with editing or deleting the tasks? I’ve checked out the code and haven’t found anything that could be causing it yet. I’ll keep trying to figure it out. Are you able to log into phpMyAdmin (or similar) and check out what’s in the status field for items? The table is probably wp_todo. It should be 0 for uncompleted items and 1 for completed items. If you can, you might also want to try changing one of the statuses to 1, see if it appears under completed items, and attempt to mark it as uncompleted to see if it moves back to the top.
